ATC collects, processes and stores information about the identity and addresses of the trainees in order to archive the data. Data processing and storage is carried out in the manner defined by the Law on Personal Data Protection. The data on trainees are processed by employees of the ATC who perform financial and administrative tasks, tasks of collecting and answering questions and objections of the Participants, collection of receivables, education to the extent necessary for carrying out these activities. Users of the above data may be state bodies on the basis of a court order, when the ATC is obliged to provide them with information about the person that collects and processes them. Other external users do not have access to information about the personality of the Participants. Personnel data are not issued abroad. By accepting the General Terms, the Participant voluntarily and unequivocally agrees that the ATC collects, processes and stores the data in the manner provided by the General Conditions. ATC collects and processes information about the personality of the Participants for research and statistical purposes, as well as for the purpose of improving and modernizing its services.
